Hotel Project in Bakuriani

A hotel of 80 rooms. The difficulty was the narrowness of the site — 24 × 110 metres. The hotel was designed for the Judo Federation, with a sports hall placed at its centre. Heavy materials are reduced to a minimum — in practice only the reinforced concrete of the floors. The main body of the building is mansard construction, and some ten containers of assembly materials were enough to build it.
