Embassy of Iraq, Tbilisi — Project

The competition-winning design for the Embassy of Iraq in Tbilisi, awarded in 2014. Ivy covers much of the stone-clad block, a pyramidal roof rises behind it, and lamassu — the winged human-headed bulls of Assyria — flank the gateway in the perimeter wall.
