Hotel Savaneti in Ikalto, in the Kakheti wine region, built between 2014 and 2018 at around 3,500 m². Red brick and dark stained timber form the wraparound upper balcony, and inside a spiral stair rises beneath exposed roof trusses in the loft dining room.
